Rosso PALAGINA
This wine is made from San Giovese, Merlot and Chirac grapes, which are vinified in the traditional fashion and stored in barrels for a year before being refined in the bottle for at least 3 months.
Ruby-red colour, tending towards garnet over time; spicy, very harmonic palate; intense aroma. Suitable for drinking with red meats, game and roasts.
Serving temperature 16-18°C.
