VINSANTO
This dessert wine (also suitable as a sipping wine) is produced using Trebbiano, Malvasia and San Colombano grapes, which are dried on mats for at least 3 months and then stored in half-barriques made from oak, chestnut and juniper for at least 3 years, in locations where there are marked temperature shifts.
Golden colour, sweet palate, pleasantly smooth and velvety.
Serving temperature 12-14 °C.
